- Our ISO 9001/2000 certified manufacturing facility is
equipped with automated solder paste stencil machines, Tyco SMD pick/place
machines with QuadAlign vision, reflow/select/infra red solder capabilities,
Yes Tech AOI Vision final inspection systems and bed-of-nails test equipment
as well as job specific functional testing. Process controls include
monitored viscosity of solder paste, solder oven profiling, and X-ray and vision
systems with an accumulative library.
- EBW Electronics utilizes a robust enterprise system
for tracking quotes through product end-of life and offers bar code
inventory tracking from receiving through manufacture, and customer
engineering access to BOM’s in a variety of configurations to assist their
design efforts.

| Design Capabilities We are experienced in designing a broad spectrum of products including custom
ultraviolet ballasts, T8, T5, T2, Dimming ballast, PL BIAX ballasts, embedded controllers, PC card design,
sensors, analog and digital designs, AC power, gate arrays, FPGA design, PC software,
microprocessor development, and electronics on a variety of levels. A partial list of the
design software we have available follows: PCAD, AutoCAD, Tango, Design View, Pspice for
Windows and MathCAD, and LabView. Working closely with our customers in the research and
development of such products, we have structured a thorough development cycle.
