EBW Electronics built its reputation in the ballast industry taking on the hard assignments for premium ballast designed specifically to meet the uncompromising requirements of some of the largest companies in the world. Our new T8 design employs these very same standards offering a premium performance at a competitive cost. Our new T8 single lamp ballast can drive any of your 17W, 25W, 32W or 40W lamps with no loss of performance from one lamp type to the other. This means a single ballast to inventory for you or your large customers who do MRO replacements.

If you have space constraints, you can’t get any smaller than our T8 mini ballast available in 17W, 25W and 32W. With a height of 0.63” it can fit in places where other ballast just don’t work.

We have 3 step low cost dimming ballast and state-of-the-art 6 step dimming ballast that compete successfully with other manufacturers continuous dimming ballast for share of market.

EBW Electronics also has expertise in designing custom electronic ballast for a variety of ultra-violet lamps used in water and air purification applications.

Our facility can also provide engineering services for complete product development and support. We can supply custom ballasts that drive unusual or custom lamps, fit in restricted or unique physical spaces, or operate in unique products. We will work in cooperation with your engineering department to design and manufacture products to meet your specific needs.

EBW Electronics works with our customers early in the design phase to ensure cost-effective printed circuit board design solutions and assemblies optimized for manufacturability. EBW Electronics process controls consistently produce the highest possible quality assemblies.

EBW Electronics utilizes a robust enterprise system for tracking quotes through product end-of life and offers bar code inventory tracking from receiving through manufacture, and customer engineering access to BOM’s in a variety of configurations to assist their design efforts.

Our offshore capabilities include high volume board level product through electronic turnkey product manufacture and assembly; boxed, labeled and ready for our customers to ship.
